Lunch on the mountain: Tables on the terraces above 1850, reached on skis: Le Cap Horn by the altiport, Le Chalet de Pierres on the Verdons piste.
Dinner: A village with a remarkable number of starred restaurants. The team books them, and a chef at the chalet for the other nights.
Afternoons and nights: La Folie Douce on the Méribel side while the lifts are still running, and Les Caves in the village after dinner.

Private jets: Jets land at Chambéry, Geneva or Lyon, where the car or the helicopter is waiting.
On the snow: Private instructors and mountain guides, passes delivered, and skis fitted at the chalet.
When to go: Early December to mid-April. Christmas, New Year and the February holidays are the peak. January and March are easier, and the snow is as good.
